卡定溝：又名嘎定溝，位于西藏318國道拉薩至林芝段距八一鎮24公里處，海拔2980米，地處雅魯藏布江支流尼洋河畔。

此處山勢險要高聳入云，是典型的峽谷地貌，奇峰異石古樹參天，落差近200米的瀑布飛流直下雄偉壯觀，山崖天然形成的大佛、女神、觀音、護法、如來佛祖、喇嘛頌經、神龜叫天、神鷹獻寶、酥油燈，以及藏文“六字真言”佛字等；清新自然的天然氧吧將使您無限陶醉。

林芝卡定溝瀑布屬花崗巖峽谷風貌，由于受印度洋暖濕氣流的影響，峽谷兩側山高崖陡，疊嶂起伏，蒼松巨柏遍布山崖。藤竹布滿溝底，杜鵑等幾十種野花飄香，左側山崖200多米落差的瀑布由天而降，更為神奇的是瀑布水中天然形成的一尊大佛時隱時現，天佛瀑布由此而此得名。據說這是林芝地區藏族同胞的保護神，難怪大家對這尊佛像十分的敬仰。如果用望遠鏡看，還可以看到瀑布右上角有一個藏族美女的圖案，惟妙惟肖的，這里面肯定有不少美妙的傳說?？ǘ咸旆鹌俨荚诓刈迦嗣竦男哪恐杏兄峭话愕牡匚弧?/p>
